Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary interface for inquiries. You'll handle calls, educate members, and advocate on their behalf, using best practices and available tools to navigate the complex world of health insurance.
You must reside in Nebraska or the Omaha metro, have a distraction-free workspace, and be available for 9–12 weeks of remote training, after which you will work a fixed 8.5-hour shift Monday through Friday CST.
