Customer Program Specialist

Essential Personnel is seeking a dedicated Customer Program Specialist for a leading contract manufacturing company in Grand Island, NE! In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, overseeing order entry, delivery schedules, and cross-departmental coordination in a fast-paced environment.

• 5+ years of customer program experience in a manufacturing environment
• Willingness to work on the shop floor alongside manufacturing operations
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills; ERP experience (Syteline) preferred
• Proven ability to de-escalate issues and communicate effectively under pressure

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, and schedules
• Manage purchase orders, verify quantities, and proactively communicate delays
• Collaborate with planning, engineering, purchasing, and production teams
• Investigate shipment discrepancies, coordinate corrective actions, and resolve complaints
• Maintain accurate customer records and administrative reports in Syteline (ERP)
