General Summary
Is responsible for day-to-day operations of the Adult Education/Platte Valley Literacy (PVLA) office and administrative processes for students in Columbus, Schuyler, and Albion. Must have a valid driver's license. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including 6 - 8 evenings per month.

Greets students upon arrival, answers the main phone line and returns all messages. Is available to assist students, instructors, and coordinators if needed.

Takes the lead on scheduling and completing enrollment appointments with prospective students in Columbus, Schuyler and potentially Albion. These appointments include enrollment paperwork, career pathways, assessments, and orientation.
