Building Cost Estimator

Process quote requests and provide costs to the customer in a timely and accurate manner. They are responsible for confirming all products to be supplied by Chief.

Job Responsibilities:

* Assess and establish the construction approach for each project.

* Create accurate quote confirmation that defines what we are supplying.

* Process building estimates and components in an accurate and timely manner.

* Maintain quote backlog, work at fast pace and help others when possible.

* Able to read architectural plan and specifications.

* Understand Chief Building's product line and how to apply it into project quote.

* Review the Customer sketches verses the Quote Request form and question/clarify variances that may occur.

* Ability to create special pricing for conditions that are not covered by our standard pricing programs.

* Help the Builders or District Managers with preliminary project layout to lead them towards the most economical and efficient design.

* Working knowledge of design programs to get best pricing.

* Process change order pricing in a timely manner.
