Lincoln South Beltway: Benesch served as the lead consultant for the $352 million Lincoln South Beltway project in Nebraska, providing environmental assessment, design, geotechnical services, and construction support. The project completed Lincoln’s circumferential transportation network, improving regional connectivity and reducing urban congestion through 43 miles of roadway, 23 bridges, and multiple interchanges.

US-81: This project is ongoing and will expand the corridor to a four-lane expressway between York and Columbus. Benesch is the lead consultant and responsible for providing roadway and bridge design.

The Impact You Will Have
  • Lead development and delivery of projects having local, state, and regional benefits.
  • Participate in Business Development including networking, proposal preparation, and contracts.
  • Coordinate staff activities to assure achieving goals of project budget, schedule, and quality.
  • Support various local, regional, and corporate initiatives.
What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in making presentations before elected officials and advisory boards, attending conferences, and participating in interviews.
  • Strong organization and leadership skills including development of professional staff.
  • Experience managing single and multi-discipline projects and professional teams, including contracting, cost control, staff and subconsultant coordination, and quality assurance/quality control.
  • Ability to work independently and develop task deliverables in a complete and reviewable manner.
  • Experience working with state and/or local public agencies.

It’s simple. We invest in our people, not just our projects.

  • Career growth that’s real with leadership development, training, and clear paths forward

  • Flexibility that works with schedules that support your life
  • Time to recharge with generous paid time off and parental leave for benefit‑eligible employees
