Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) - Grand Island, NE

GO Physical Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a therapist-owned practice since 1987, we are committed to compassionate, evidence-based care and the professional growth of our clinicians. In this role, you’ll treat a diverse patient population using an individualized approach that may include pelvic pain management, post-surgical recovery, lymphedema care, breast cancer rehabilitation, and pre- and postnatal pelvic health, along with other related conditions.

You’ll focus on improving daily function, independence, and quality of life while working within a collaborative, patient-centered environment that values clinical excellence and mentorship.

Qualifications:
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible Occupational Therapy license in Nebraska
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
  • Team-oriented mindset with a desire for professional growth
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve function and daily participation
  • Implement therapeutic activities, manual techniques, and adaptive strategies
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and proper equipment use
  • Collaborate with physical, speech, and occupational therapy colleagues to provide coordinated care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes accurately while maintaining regulatory compliance
  • Contribute to clinic culture through teamwork, mentorship, and community outreach
