Speech Language Therapist; SLP - Aurora, NE

GO Physical Therapy is looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team in Grand Island, NE. You’ll evaluate and treat children and adults with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a supportive outpatient environment. • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible Nebraska SLP license and CCC-SLP credential
• Strong diagnostic and communication skills
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Ability to collaborate with PT, OT, and other team members

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
• Implement therapy to improve communication and functional outcomes
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families on strategies and progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet compliance standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to optimize patient success
• Assure the quality of overall perceived patient care
• Document progress notes, discharge summaries, home programs, and other required documentation in a timely manner
