Sanford Health - Up to $25.50/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse.;
Assist with basic health care needs including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, recording vital signs, and psychosocial support.;
Assist residents with transferring, repositioning, walking, and performing range-of-motion and passive exercises.;
Assist with meal preparation and dining, provide water and supplements, and support nutritional intake.;
Document resident interactions and care outcomes; communicate changes to the charge nurse; participate in wellness and recreational programs.
