Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under supervision of a registered nurse;
Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care, behavior, activity, and dietary;
Assist residents with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing and daily living activities;
Assist with transferring, repositioning, walking and range of motion exercises;
Assist with meals and dining, provide water and supplements as appropriate
