Good Samaritan Society - Up to $25.50/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.;
Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and recording vital signs.;
Aid transfer, repositioning, walking, and range of motion Exercises.;
Document resident interactions and communicate care changes to the charge nurse.;
Assist with meals, dining, and related nutrition support; perform housekeeping and laundry as needed.
