• Assist individuals with daily activities and tasks throughout the day
• Support individuals during community outings such as fishing, bowling, swimming, volunteering, and other recreational activities
• Serve as a coach, role model, and team player in helping individuals achieve daily and monthly goals
• Encourage independence, confidence, and skill development
• Follow all Goodwill company policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to help others
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Competitive hourly pay: $16-17/hour DOE
