Operations Coordinator

About the Role You'll own the operations behind our educator packs: sourcing products, managingvendors, coordinating fulfillment, and finding smarter ways to work. You'll partner closely with the Head of Operations and have the autonomy to improve systems,solve problems, and help build the operational foundation that supports our growth.

You'll spend your time:

Sourcing products and coordinating purchasing timelines

Negotiating pricing, MOQs, and vendor terms

Managing vendor relationships and performance

Coordinating logistics and fulfillment

Tracking inventory, purchase orders, and reorder timing

Improving operational processes, accuracy, and cost efficiency

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems before theybecome problems, and enjoys building systems that help teams move faster. Youdon't need every answer on day one - you just need curiosity, good judgment, andthe drive to make things better.
