C- SHIFT RENDERING MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
JBS USA is seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to manage and oversee maintenance employees in the Rendering department. The role emphasizes quality workmanship, troubleshooting skills, and a strong focus on safety.
Position Description
- In charge of maintenance employees, focusing on quality workmanship, troubleshooting skills, and safety.
- Manage the maintenance technicians in Rendering.
- Ensure the safety, motivation and productivity of those employees.
- Ensure that the Rendering machines and equipment are maintained to keep downtime to a minimum.
Qualifications
- Mechanically inclined with 3‑5 years of applicable experience.
- Managing experience preferred.
- Able to work in hot environments.
