• Assign work, monitor productivity, and provide guidance and training to shipping team members.
• Prioritize shipments based on customer requirements, deadlines, and production flow.
• Load trucks, vans, and containers with minimal supervision.
• Maintain accurate shipping records in ERP or other shipping systems.
• Verify correct quantities and documentation for all outgoing shipments, including photographic records.
• Resolve shipping discrepancies, shortages, and documentation issues promptly.
• Mark and label products with proper identification and destination.
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with supervisors and leads to improve shipping methods and reduce load times.
• Maintain proper care and conduct minor maintenance of shipping and loading equipment.
• Assist in training coworkers on shipping techniques, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner, utilizing required safety equipment.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Complete production reports and other required documentation.

• High School Diploma or better.
• 1‑3 years of experience in industrial shipping processes, including operational knowledge of forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment.
