Spot Welder

We are committed to our Core Values of Commitment To Our People, To Our Customers & To Action. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Spot Welder to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate resistance spot welding equipment to assemble metal components according to engineering specifications and quality standards.
You will play a key role in producing high-quality parts while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Compensation & Schedule
Pay Range: $ per hour (Starting rate commensurate with experience)
1,500 Hiring Bonus paid over your first year of employment
Second Shift
Monday – Thursday
4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
4-Day Work Week
Additional $3.00/hour shift differential
Key Responsibilities
- Operate resistance spot welding equipment to join sheet metal components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production travelers.
- Load, position, and align parts using fixtures and jigs.
- Verify weld quality through visual inspections and measurement tools.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow standard work instructions and manufacturing procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Assist with other manufacturing duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous spot welding or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read basic blueprints and work instructions.
- Experience using measuring devices such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attendance and reliability.
