Tube Bender Operator - 2nd Shift

Advance Services has an immediate opening for a Tube Bender Operator for a local manufacturing facility in Grand Island, NE! We are looking for motivated candidates with manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate equipment to produce quality fabricated components in a fast-paced production environment.

• Operate tube bending machines to form metal tubing to specified dimensions and requirements
• Load, position, and secure materials into bending equipment
• Set up and adjust machine settings as needed to ensure proper bends and quality parts
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production specifications
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy, defects, and overall quality
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges to verify dimensions
• Perform basic troubleshooting and communicate machine issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

Pay: $20+/hour

Shift: 2nd

2:30 pm to 11 pm
