3rd Shift Paint Line Loader Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Paint Line Production Associate to support our manufacturing and finishing operations on 3rd shift. This position plays a key role in maintaining production flow by preparing components for painting, operating blasting equipment, handling materials, and ensuring accurate part identification and documentation. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, adaptable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay Rate: $22/hr Shift: 7:30pm - 6am, Sunday - Thursday Essential Responsibilities Maintain production assembly line pace by providing support throughout the paint process. Hang and remove parts from the paint line conveyor system. Prepare components and surfaces for painting through scuff sanding, minor defect repair, tacking, wiping, and other surface preparation techniques. Operate scrapers, brushes, hand tools, pressure sprayers, hoists, overhead cranes, and other equipment as required.

Blast products to prepare surfaces for painting.
