Press Brake Operator - 1st shift

Bring your work ethic and experience as a Press Brake Operator to an excellent company in Grand Island, NE! Job duties include following and executing sequenced instructions, work orders, and blueprints to produce parts that meet specifications. Perform proper machine start-up and shutdown procedures. Set up, load, and operate press brake or punch press equipment according to production requirements. Monitor part quality by evaluating dimensions and identifying defects, making adjustments as necessary.

Use metal finishing tools such as grinders and abrasives to meet surface finish requirements. Safely operate material handling equipment including cranes, positioners, magnets, and hooks. Utilize fixtures, templates, and other material control devices to ensure accuracy and consistency. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety policies. Assist with additional production tasks as needed to support manufacturing operations.

Participate in maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of the work environment. Read and write in English to complete operational documentation and preventive maintenance requirements.

6am – 4:30pm, Monday - Thursday
