Job DescriptionLead person As a Production Lead you will be responsible for providing guidance, support, motivation, and training to members of your team in Grand Island, NE!
Job Duties:
Supports daily operations by working alongside team members Acts as backup to the supervisor when needed Promotes a safe and productive work environment Ensures adherence to quality and production standards Provides guidance, coaching, and support to team members Helps resolve issues and minimize scrap Maintains an organized and detail-oriented approach to team goals Pay: $23+/HR DOE
