Grain Production Worker

Cargill, a global leader in food and agriculture, is seeking a Grain Production Worker to support safe, efficient grain processing in our manufacturing facility. In this hands-on role, you will operate and monitor production equipment, handle grain and materials, perform basic quality checks, and maintain a clean, organized work area. You'll follow strict safety and food safety standards while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor grain processing and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and move grain and related materials using forklifts and other machinery
• Perform routine quality checks on grain products to meet safety and specification standards
• Follow strict safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures in production areas
• Record production data and report equipment issues or process deviations promptly
• Assist with basic equipment cleaning, setup, and minor adjustments
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets
• Comply with all Cargill and regulatory guidelines for food safety and workplace safety
