McCain in Grand Island, NE is seeking a Night Shift Manufacturing Area Manager to lead operations 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with flexibility. You will drive safety, quality, and performance on the night shift and partner with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.
You will coach supervisors, manage KPIs including OEE and downtime, ensure OSHA compliance, lead continuous improvement efforts, and collaborate with maintenance, engineering, quality, and HR.
