Powder Coat Painter

Essential Personnel is seeking a dedicated Powder Coat Painter for a leading contract manufacturing company. In this role, you will prepare, apply, and inspect high-quality powder coat finishes on metal components in a safe, dynamic production environment.

• Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience preferred
• Knowledge of surface preparation, masking, and coating techniques
• Mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude, steady pace, and commitment to workplace safety

• Prepare parts for coating (cleaning, masking, sanding, racking)
• Apply powder coat finishes using manual and automated spray systems
• Operate curing ovens and verify proper cure times and temperatures
• Monitor coating thickness, inspect finished parts, and perform touch-ups
• Perform color changes and maintain coating equipment

• Additional $3.00/hour shift differential
• $1,000 hiring bonus paid over your first year
