The Outreach Team in Grand Island, Nebraska is seeking Field Directors to lead canvassing campaigns and talk with voters about local issues. You will train canvassers, set goals, and report progress while building an office to scale from the ground up.
You will manage a team of 40–60 hourly staff, canvass when needed, and ensure a safe, inclusive, and effective operation with opportunities for advancement and bonuses at campaign end.
