π« Radius Rule- Must live 50+ miles away
- Driverβs license required at submittal (used to verify radius)
- Artificial nails prohibited in patient care areas
β Refusal to remove = termination - RN Orientation Exam
- Open-book skills exam (Friday during orientation)
- Must score 90% to pass
- Pass/Fail (Failure = contract termination)
Unit: LDRP RN (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum)
Birth Volume: ~400 births/year
- 15 LDRP beds
- 15 Postpartum beds
- BLS
- NRP
- Minimum 3 years Labor & Delivery experience
- Obstetrics
- Antepartum & Postpartum
- Post-surgical GYN
- Pregnancy with HTN
- Pregnancy with Diabetes
- 1:3
- 1:1 for active labor patients
- Must titrate drips
- Pitocin
- Magnesium (Mag)
- Procardia
- Rare (critical staffing only)
- If floated β sit or task-based support only
- Yes, on each shift
- Charge may take assignment
- No tele/monitor techs
- No vent management required
- No strip reading required
- 12-hour shifts (6β7)
- Schedule made by manager
- Every other weekend
- Holidays if needed
- No call or standby
- 1 week classroom
- 2β3 floor shifts
- Blue Distinction+ recognized unit
- High patient satisfaction scores
- Breastfeeding-friendly environment
- Max 7 days RTO per 13-week contract
- Must be submitted upfront
- No additional RTO after submission
