Role Specifics and Benefits

In this Long‑Term Care LPN role, you will provide hands‑on, patient‑centered nursing care under the supervision of licensed professionals. Key responsibilities include monitoring residents’ conditions, administering medications per physician orders, wound care, catheter care, reviewing and updating care plans, and communicating changes to the interdisciplinary team. You’ll assist with activities of daily living, support mobility and fall prevention, manage pain and comfort measures, and engage residents in meaningful activities that promote quality of life.

Documentation is precise and timely, ensuring accurate records for care transitions and regulatory compliance. You’ll play a critical part in care coordination, collaborating with RNs, physicians, therapists, social workers, and family members to align goals with residents’ preferences. The role also supports your professional growth through ongoing training in geriatric care, chronic disease management, palliative approaches, infection control, and best practices in patient safety.

Weekly pay ranges from $1,311 to $1,386, with guaranteed 36 hours per week, providing steady income and predictable planning.
