DaVita is seeking a Nurse to provide compassionate care in an outpatient dialysis center. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on patients dealing with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

• No dialysis experience is required.
• Training may take place in a facility or a clinic other than your assigned home clinic.
• Float to various clinics during and after your training.
• Be flexible and available for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Build long‑term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
• Work within a supportive, positive team environment.
• Deliver care to patients with multiple comorbidities, leveraging a broad range of nursing skills.
• Oversee a group of patients, supporting PCTs with patient observations, measuring statistics, and machine set‑up.
• Experience a fast‑paced environment that engages your head, heart, and hands daily.

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a three‑year accredited diploma may be substituted.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med‑Surg is helpful but not required.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus.
