Location: Henderson, NE (68371)

Hours: Days 3 days a week 7:30am-5:30pm (Flexible on days).

Client Specifics: 5 year old with trach, vent, and g‑tube.

Sign On Bonus: Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights plus Night & Weekend Differentials.

As a Home Health Nurse / Private Duty Nurse, you’ll care for one child at a time—developing real connection, seeing progress firsthand, and becoming part of something bigger.

We offer specialized, hands‑on training in ventilator, trach, and g‑tube care—so no experience is required to get started. We’ll help you breeze through the learning curve and into a role that truly makes a difference. With 24/7 support from our dedicated team, you’ll never feel alone. • Provide personalized, 1:1 in‑home nursing care for children with medical complexities.
• Deliver ventilator, trach, and g‑tube care as applicable.
• Monitor patient status and collaborate with families and healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and care plans.

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• No prior experience required; specialized training is provided.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and flexible shifts.
