As an RN or LPN Float Pool member, no two days are the same. You’ll be the health hero across multiple locations, helping the people we support stay healthy, happy, and heard.

• Be a Partner in Health:
  You’ll assist individuals with daily health tasks and help them understand their own health journeys.
• Be an Advocate:
  You’ll work closely with doctors and support teams to ensure everyone gets the preventative care they deserve.
• Be a Teacher:
  You’ll share your knowledge by training and supporting our direct care staff.
• Be a Clinical Pro:
  From administering medications to monitoring vital signs, you’ll use your full range of nursing skills.

SCHEDULE: Days, NO WEEKENDS or ON-CALL - Must work 24 hours every quarter.

• The Right Credentials: An active RN license in Nebraska (or the state of practice) and a degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN).
• Experience: At least one year of general nursing experience.
• Safety First: A valid driver’s license and current CPR/First Aid certification.
• A Can-Do Attitude: The ability to travel between locations and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the people we serve.
• Physical Stamina: You’re comfortable being on the move—walking, standing, and the ability to safely transfer up to 50 pounds when needed.
