We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our skilled nursing facility. RNs play a key role in providing high-quality care to our residents, overseeing nursing staff, and ensuring that our residents’ medical and personal needs are met in a supportive and comfortable environment.
Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong clinical knowledge and excellent decision-making skills.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused.
- Ability to lead and supervise a team of nursing staff.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
- Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver optimal care.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
- Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments.
- Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards.
- Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed.
- Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility’s continuous improvement efforts.
