Eventide Hospice is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Grand Island, NE team on a full-time basis. The Hospice RN will plan, organize, and direct hospice care for residents in the Grand Island area, typically 8:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, care planning, medication administration, and coordinating with physicians and families to ensure compassionate, patient-centered care.
