Position Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – caring for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Grand Island, Central Nebraska.
Responsibilities- Coordinate holistic care: review healthcare services and medications for a dedicated group of individuals.
- Be a clinical mentor: provide guidance and training to direct support staff on healthcare needs and safety.
- Advocate: collaborate with physicians and families to ensure the highest quality of life for those we serve.
- Build relationships: truly get to know the people you support, celebrating their milestones and supporting them through challenges.
Full‑time days (8 hour shifts); no weekends; no on‑call; position will work in Grand Island.
Qualifications- An active RN or LPN nursing license in good standing.
- Minimum of one year of RN or LPN experience or, if you are a brand-new LPN, we welcome 3 years of CNA/CMA experience.
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
- A valid driver's license.
- Certified in CPR and First Aid.
