THE POSITION:- Location: Grand Island, NE
- Schedule: Full Time
- Shift: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
- License Requirements: Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in good standing with applicable state board of nursing
As an RN Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in coordinating and overseeing client care while supporting our field nursing team.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing clinical guidance and leadership to nursing staff
- Coordinating and overseeing individualized client care plans
- Delivering education, training, and mentorship to caregivers
- Supporting clients and families through consultation and care coordination
- Promoting quality outcomes and regulatory compliance
- Partnering with interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient care
- Encouraging caregiver success and professional development in the home care setting
CERTIFICATIONS:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Nebraska State Board of Nursing
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Two or more years of nursing experience
- Pediatric nursing experience
- Home health or home care experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
