- Responsibilities:
Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring/ambulation and continence;
Prepares and administers medications and treatments under the direction of the RN within scope of practice as ordered by the physician;
Follow department protocol for submission of completed documentation;
Assist with senior/client admissions, discharges, transfers and orientation of new employees;
Follow through on the comprehensive care plan/service plan as developed for each individual senior/client
