About the Role:

As an LPN at Emerald Nursing and Rehab Lakeview, you will be responsible for providing direct resident care, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Document resident information accurately and thoroughly

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal resident outcomes

• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless delivery of care

Qualifications:

• Licensure:
  Valid LPN license in Nebraska

• Education:
  
  Graduation from an accredited LPN program.

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred.

• Certifications:
  
  Current CPR/BLS certification required. Additional certifications may be required based on state regulations.
