Eventide Hospice in Grand Island, NE is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to work 8a-5p, Monday to Friday, on-site in the Grand Island area. The RN will plan, organize and direct hospice care, including assessments, care planning, and case management for seniors and clients.
Ideal candidates hold an RN license, CPR credentials, and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with 2+ years of acute or long-term care experience.
