Shift: Night Shift
Up to $62,500 in State Incentives is available through the Nebraska Rural Health Workforce Incentive Program. Eligible nurses may receive up to $12,500 per year for up to 5 years. Candidates must apply by June 30th and be hired by August 1st. Additionally, a $5,000 sign‑on bonus is available (paid in accordance with program guidelines).

- Conduct daily nursing assessments and complete timely, accurate documentation
- Administer medications safely and in accordance with provider orders
- Monitor and support consumers throughout treatment, including medication management and physical health observations
- Perform triage assessments, gather collateral information, and develop clinical summaries
- Participate in treatment planning, team staffing, and ongoing care coordination
- Provide crisis intervention and supportive care as needed
- Ensure all documentation meets program standards and timelines
- Complete end‑of‑shift chart audits and maintain compliance with quality standards
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Effective communication with diverse populations and multidisciplinary teams
- Organization and focus in a dynamic, high‑interruption environment
- Integrity, professionalism, and a team‑first mindset
- Commitment to high‑quality, person‑centered care
- Experience in psychiatric, mental health, or behavioral healthcare settings (preferred)
- Strong documentation and clinical assessment skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
