Responsibilities:

• Assist residents/patients with daily living activities.
• Provide compassionate and personalized care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work PRN shifts as needed.
