The Endocrine Disruption and Chemical Biology Laboratory (EDC Lab) is recruiting a Research Assistant to join our team. Our research bridges reproductive biology, toxicology, and sustainable chemistry to study the mechanisms by which environmental chemicals act as endocrine disruptors. Specifically, we combine chemical biology techniques with in vitro mouse models of the female reproductive system to study environmentally relevant mixtures of chemical toxicants.

This is a limited time position appropriate for a recent graduate who is looking to spend a year doing research in preparation for beginning a PhD program.

The candidate will facilitate daily laboratory operations, including tissue culture support and mouse handling. The Research Assistant will also perform experiments, contribute to manuscripts/grants/abstracts, receive mentorship from the PI, and be a part of an inclusive environment that supports creativity, professional development, and scientific discovery.

At the university's discretion, the education and experience prerequisites may be exempted where the candidate can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the university an equivalent combination of education and experience specifically preparing the candidate for success in the position.

This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, or other items.
