Target - - - Responsibilities:
Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.;
Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and use them to solve and support guest needs.;
Sort truck freight and push freight to the sales floor, locating merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.;
Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.;
Remerchandise presentations as they sell through using remerchandising best practices to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
