Compensation

• Hourly wage: $15 - $28 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location)
• Additional compensation: annual or quarterly performance incentives
• Premiums: $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.

Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
