Role Summary

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction. Hourly rate $15.00 – $28.00/hr*

• Shop for customers across departments to locate and select the right products.
• Prepare, package, and dispense online orders with accuracy and speed.
• Make product substitutions and communicate with customers for best fit.
• Engage customers during dispensing and assist with questions.
• Work fast‑paced schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain stocking, cleanliness, and safety in the work area.
