YOUR ROLE

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company and proudly represent our values, bringing your true self to work each day.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they need, maintaining a "friends first" mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make personalized product suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Adapt to any zone—Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, or Stockroom—as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist team members to achieve store goals.
• Act with integrity and follow all AEO policies and procedures.

• You love interacting with people.
• You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• You are available during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have previous retail experience.
• You are at least 18 years of age.

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Associates may be eligible for paid sick leave and other rewards at AEO's discretion, subject to eligibility requirements.
• Paid Time Off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level and type, job location, employment classification, and years of service.
