Buckle - 1598 North Webb Road - Responsibilities:
Fulfill Buckle's mission by delivering an enjoyable guest experience through sales, merchandising, and store operations (cashier duties, merchandise displays, and POS procedures).;
Assist in leadership development by working with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit and develop Teammates and drive sales performance.;
Own visual merchandising and zone ownership, maintain visual standards, and manage weekly checklists and product lifecycle.;
Drive sales and guest service excellence, meet or exceed sales goals, and maintain loss prevention practices.;
Participate in daily setup, training, and coaching of Teammates; provide feedback to Store Manager and Leadership Team.
