We are seeking an innovative and engaging Assistant Store Manager for our Third Love boutique in Roosevelt Field. This leader will support and inspire dynamic teams, foster exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales to achieve business goals. They will embody Third Love’s values while ensuring operational excellence and a welcoming store environment. As a key part of the leadership team, they will also collaborate on store-driven initiatives with the HQ team and act as the Store Manager in their absence.

Sales & Profitability:
Assist in achieving store sales goals, maximizing KPIs, and fostering customer loyalty to drive profitability.

Team Leadership:
Directly oversee and coach Sales Associates and Supervisors, with indirect responsibility for all store staff. Build and maintain a high-performing team that aligns with company values.

Operational Excellence:
Ensure smooth store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and implementing technology or process improvements.

Budget Management:
Contribute to payroll and scheduling oversight to align staffing with business needs while managing costs effectively.

Customer

Experience:

Maintain a strong focus on delivering an exceptional omnichannel customer experience, ensuring the store reflects Third Love's standards.

Event Execution:
Plan and execute marketing initiatives and in-store events to increase traffic and customer engagement.

• 2+ years of direct management experience
• 3+ years of customer service and/or retail experience; background in similar category preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to maintain an active store presence, including standing and walking for extended periods of time
• Comfort with using a ladder and lifting a maximum of 50lbs
