Greets all Customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello, and provides courteous, knowledgeable service.;
Assists Customers with merchandise, answers questions, and is register-trained to aid at the point of sale.;
Maintains a clean, clutter-free store environment and ensures merchandise presentation meets guidelines.;
Performs cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing high-touch areas) and restocks as needed.;
Follows MOS policies and Loss Prevention procedures and protects confidential information.
