What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Retain and grow relationships with designated higher education accounts in the territory
  • Collaborate with Regional Vice President to generate new business opportunities
  • Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing needs and maintaining regular contact
  • Conduct annual account reviews to communicate value and long-term planning objectives
  • Advocate for client needs and participate in product development evaluations
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in business and/or technology
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales and account management experience
  • Experience in the higher education market is a plus
  • Familiarity with billing, payment processing, and eCommerce services
  • Knowledge of commonly utilized ERP systems within higher education, such as Oracle and Ellucian
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with various ERP systems used in higher education, such as Workday or Jenzabar
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse client organizations
  • Initiative and flexibility in managing client relationships and resolving conflicts
