- Advocate for client needs and participate in product development evaluations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in business and/or technology
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales and account management experience
- Experience in the higher education market is a plus
- Familiarity with billing, payment processing, and eCommerce services
- Knowledge of commonly utilized ERP systems within higher education, such as Oracle and Ellucian
- Experience with various ERP systems used in higher education, such as Workday or Jenzabar
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse client organizations
- Initiative and flexibility in managing client relationships and resolving conflicts
