Pay for performance is a salesperson’s main compensation motivator. Our plan rewards solid performance with a strong commission structure and the opportunity to achieve substantial earnings after the initial 2 weeks of training. Typical earnings for sales consultants range from $90,000 to $200,000+ per year, depending on performance.

• Demonstrate our products and services to homeowners while following a proven in-home sales methodology.
• Complete all paperwork and financing documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with our Admin and Operations teams to ensure successful project completion.

• High school degree or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience recommended

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate concisely
• Willingness and ability to travel to sales leads within a 2-hour radius from home
• Self-motivated, detailed, and organized
• Enjoy working as a 1099 contractor to maximize earning potential
• Resilient, with a healthy competitive drive
• Strong time and work-process management skills; able to work independently
• Own an iPhone and a 12.9" iPad Pro with cellular service and keyboard
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

• Full time – 5 days a week (Monday–Friday) with alternating Saturdays
• Appointments scheduled throughout the week at three time slots: 10:00am, 2:00pm, and 6:00pm (Mon–Fri), 10:00am and 2:00pm on Saturdays
• Road warrior – comfortable driving ~1000 miles per week
