T-ROC in the United States is seeking a Territory Field Lead to drive revenue and profitability across your designated territory. You will work on the ground with Agent store leaders and coordinate with regional and HQ directors to implement KPI success, brand alignment, and launch readiness.
You will train and support agents, optimize sales tactics, and manage partnerships, travel within the territory as needed, and ensure execution of strategic initiatives across locations.
