Monday – Thursday (4-day work week)

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Lineman with leadership capabilities to step into a Foreman role. This position is responsible for leading crews in the safe construction, maintenance, and repair of overhead and underground electrical distribution systems. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a commitment to safety, and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise line crews in daily operations and project execution
• Plan, coordinate, and execute construction and maintenance of electrical distribution systems
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Interpret blueprints, staking sheets, and system maps
• Operate and oversee the use of line equipment, including bucket trucks, digger derricks, and associated tools
• Train and mentor crew members, promoting a culture of safety and accountability
• Communicate effectively with management, team members, and customers as needed
• Respond to outages and emergency situations as required

Qualifications:

• Completion of a recognized Journeyman Lineman apprenticeship program
• Valid Journeyman Lineman certification
• Proven leadership or foreman experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems and safety practices
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
• CDL (Commercial Driver's License) required or ability to obtain
• Strong communication and organizational skills
