Retail Display Installer – Technology

• Respond to field services management within 24 hours of contact and keep availability updated.
• Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
• Build, install, and maintain displays, end caps, and fixture work according to planograms and client directives.
• Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys on every job.
• Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
• Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations (2+ people) and provide solution feedback.
• Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
• Assist other team members as needed and contribute to team success.
• Submit accurate timecards and report any anomalies on a daily basis.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced environment and complete training & certification programs.
• Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows.
• Be available for weekend assignments as needed.

• Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability Monday–Friday, with weekend and holiday availability as required.
• Physical: climb a ladder up to 10 feet; lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend, grasp, and reach overhead.
• Adaptability to changing tasks and work environments.
• Communication: effective phone, text, and email communication; use smartphone for clock‑in/out, photo uploads, and app usage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or merchandising experience is beneficial.
• Installation and merchandising experience preferred; proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Technology: own an Android or Apple mobile device; navigate various communication platforms independently.
• Training: complete all training assignments within designated time frames.
• Transportation: reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance; willing to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
• Leadership & Communication: strong professional communication and presentation skills; sound judgment and problem‑solving abilities; work autonomously with excellent time‑management.

• $18.00 per hour.
• Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay.
